How It Works

Dr. Sanjay Nijhara and his team get on a video call with the patient to understand the issues and prescribe next actions, as needed

1. Patient's medical history

To better understand the cause of the patient’s pain, a detailed medical history is taken by Dr. Sanjay Nijhara and his team via video consultation.

2. Assisted physical examination

A detailed physical examination is carried out. This usually involves a family member who assists in this process while Dr. Nijhara directs them on the video call. This process is critical to diagnose the root cause of the patient’s pain.

3. Remote posture analysis

Based on the medical history and examination, in suitable cases a remote posture analysis is done to diagnose postural imbalances that could be causing the pain. This is done via a posture analysis software.

4. Home-based Treatment

After careful evaluation of the medical history, physical examination and posture analysis, a home-based treatment protocol is designed and prescribed to the patient.

5. Support & Follow up

The patient is regularly evaluated and followed up by Dr. Nijhara’s team to monitor the patient’s progress.
